No there is no wiring harness for the ES300, mainly because there are 8 speakers from the factory. Normal CD Decks are only 4channel so there would be a problem. The way I did it was first get an amplifier for your 6x9's(they handle more power).
Then here is where it becomes difficult. ES300's also come with a stock amplifier underneath the passanger seat. You will have to bypass this before your can hook up your CD Deck. (The factory head unit sends a low voltage signal to the amplifier, then from the amplifier goes the wires to the speakers.) You could use the factory amplifier but you will need a couple RCA-Inline converters and just use it backwards(CD RCA out-to-low voltage amp in).
Now as to where to get the wiring diagram, the only way is to purchase the Lexus ES300 Repair Manual. It is expensive so unless you plan on doing other things in your ES(taking things apart, fixing things), i dont think you will want to pay $100 for it. I borrowed one from a friend, to get the diagram.
Another way which is more difficult is to first find your power(Battery), power(ACC), and ground wires, and tape them up and get them out of the way. Then to find speaker + and - its basically a guessing game. The way I did it at first was get a small 9V battery, and start touching wires to it(one wire to positive and one to negative) If you get a wire combination you will hear a small pop sound, when you do just tie those wires together and keep on searching for more until you get all 6 of them(Tweeters are tied into bottom 5" 1/4 speakers). Hope this helps, good luck.
