Great gas milage!!
I just completed a 935 round-trip Atlanta-Orlando using a grand total orf 28.3 gallons of 87 octane. Average is 33.03 mpg. During the trip, speed was normally between 60-80 mph, using the cruise control. I used a Magellan 760 GPS and it worked fine. This for me was a great surprise considering I get about 15 mph for daily driving around Atlanta. The car is a '98 which just clicked 50K during the trip. I bought it in '99 from the dealer..it was a loaner and had 18K on the odometer.

Congratulations on the gas mileage. The ES's get pretty good gas mileage using cruise control. I just recently moved to northern California from southern California and it's about a 6 hour drive. I visited my parents this past holiday weekend and I changed my oil before coming back up north and I noticed that I got even better mileage.
How long was the one way trip from Atlanta to Orlando? The weather there must be nice and warm. Happy driving...

Highway gas mileage is pretty good when not compairing to the newer engines with cam trickeration.
Wish I could get 20mpg uot of mine. Had another damned CEL for knocks ensor / wiring put me in limp mode. So it's about 15-17mpg now... Which is exactly why mine is parked & I'm rolling the beater civic again! 40-45mpg kicks the living pants off 22mpg, let alone 15. LoL!
Just stick to preventative maintenance & you'll be all good! You'd be surprized if you changed your differential fluid, powersteering fluid & flushed the oil & transmission fluid out. Most of the time differential fluid never get's changed on a non-awd/4x4 car. Sad, sad, sad.
To me it's sorta like oil flushing ya know? You just *think* it's quite before hand because you don't now how much better it can get!

You know when I was all stock driving hard 10)% of the time. I still always got 20mpg over a full tank. But I did alot of highway driving & racing too so... If you're in good shape, you still oughta be getting near 20. Which isn't stellar, but it's good if you can average 20 in anything driving it hard all the time.

I also put in one of those air spinners when i got mine and was getting 22 and i drive hard about 40% of the time. I have no idea if it really does anything idk maybe i would have got like 20 21 when i got mine.
