Came back from Pep Boys
I took my 95 ES300 to Pep Boys to have the front passanger CV Joint replaced. Well after about 30mins the guy walks back with a list of parts/work that my car needs.
New Tie Rods (What are tie rods and what do they do?)
Wheel Alingment (Due to installation of tie rods)
New Rack and pinion/ sterring box. (The guy said that he saw it leaking)
Well at least I got the CV Joint fixed today. I was thinking about the tie rods next. That steering box is gonna be killer to buy and install $$$$$$

Get a 2nd opinon. A lot of those places tell you all sorts of crap to make you spend money.
I suggest getting a diagnostic test at the Lexus dealer so they can tell you what all is wrong with your car. You can choose to go there for repair or elsewhere.

With used cars I have always tucked away $200 per month for just such repairs. I know I could buy new, plunk down $10k, and finance at about $500-$600 per month, but a lot of cars will run 200-300k miles easy if maintained.

Tie rods, what a bunch of BS!unless they are leaking,or bent I don't not recommend to replace them,Tie rods rearly leak and do not bend, unless you hit something really hard!
Go to the dealer I bet they will tell you a different story,I for one don't trust Pep-boys,or any other place!!!
