Try giving an email to xojaixo@yahoo.com I ordered an adapter and air filter for my ES from him. Seems to make a difference at highway speeds and I like the sound a lot more. I will post a pictures in the ES gallery.

Here is my intake, it is not avaliable yet, but i have some customers on a waiting list, who are first in line for this set up. I moved to another city due to my job in car insurance, and i am 5 hours away from my garage, and my friends shop "EUI Motor Sports" who helped devolope this intake for the ES. I will update every one on the progress. I will fill some orders, as soon as i can take a vacation and go back up north to the race shop and work with EUI again. Sorry for all the delays. But soon, a full intake system will be easily available for our ES 300's. It is simalar to the awesome EL prototypes intake and we also use a engin bay monted filter forced air setup as shown bellow. I saw someone selling strut bar for ES300 on EBay before. That's one inexpansive mod to pick up. I'd highly recommend you also add a strut bar at the rear (inside the trunk).
There are some companys that sell universal exhaust and you may use them on your ES. You can even custom fabricate the pipes.
Also for couple hundred bucks (under $400 I'm sure), you could custom fabricate an intake/heat shield just for you.
Eibach makes performance springs (lower 1") for your ES300. You could also check with Bilstein see if they make any shocks for ES.
Whatelse..... you could get those piggy back ECU from APEX, Blitz, and HKS. You can optimize the fuel/air ratio and increase power/torque. I'd recommend you do this the last cuz you are not gonna dyno tune the ECU yourself...well...unless you have access to dynojet or you simply want to mess around your car.
It's quite expansive for professional tuning. 40 bucks to hook up your car to dyno jet. And $140 per hour for the tuning. This is the quote I received from XS Engineering (the biggest authorized retailer for APEXi).
Let's see.... or simply mod, K&N filter is a good start.
There are actually quite a few mod you could do but most of them requires relatively more $$$ cuz not many people making aftermarket parts for ES.
Hope this help.
