My 95 ES300 horn is not working

My horn is not working anymore. Just the other day it stopped working. Anyone has any suggestions? I check for the fuse and couldn't locate any fuse for it. Need help! Thanks

the fuse box is inside the car under the dashboard on your left.
Check the fuse box there.
