Which JIC's do you have?
SF-1 - no damping adjustments (I cant find the spring rate)
FLT-A2 - 15-way dampening 450 ft/lb (F) 337 ft/lb (R)
FLT-A1 - 10-way dampening 339 ft/lb (F) 281 ft/lb (R)

Tein super street - 16-way dampening 340 ft/lb (F) 170 ft/lb (R)

If you have the FLT-A1 its pretty much the same ride as the SS.

Check out Groundcontrol springs they offer replacement coilover springs.

The Tein ss lowers the car about 3" (75mm (F) and 73mm (R))
