Do I have to pay to get a copy of a TSB? Are TSBs not available anywhere on the net for free?

Since I purchased my '95 ES300 used and from a private party, is there a way to use the VIN and find out what has been fixed on my vehicle?

One of your best bets is to call your local Lexus dealership and get in touch with the service dept. Ask one of the service advisors to pull up a record of what was done to your ES by providing them the VIN. Records on all Lexus vehicles are kept in a central database accessed by all Lexus dealership across the country.
