Are used Remotes Reprogrammable?

When I bought my 02 ES300 it only came with one master(remote)key. and I am looking to buy another set(with remote). Are used remotes(internal module) reprogrammable?

Heck yes they are! There are directions on here. Did it myself just search!

okay so as long as that internal piece works i can buy it and reprogram is myself right??

yep, i believe as long as the back FCC ID is matching your current one.
