Does your throttle contol valve and intake manifold hiss?

Does your throttle contol valve and intake manifold hiss?
If I listen to my car where the two pipes from the intake go into the idle control and intake manifold and listen I can hear a hiss sound. Does anyone else have this?

I changed the fuel filter and sparkplugs on my car and I still have misfires but my engine light won't come on! So there are no codes to pull from my understanding. I need to know which cylinder is misfiring! It must be a bad injector or coil pack. Maybe a vacum leak or the egr valve is bad but would that cause misfires like 3 in a row and then nothing and then 3 more?
