Can someone please help me??
I've been searching for this for weeks and found instructions but can' get my 02 ES300 remote to program. I've program the key part but remote part doesn't work. Can anyone please give me some real instruction that actually worked for their 2002 ES300? It seems like it's not accepting programming mode at all.... what do I do???

1. Driver's door open and unlocked, all other doors closed and locked.
2. Insert YOUR key in ignition, DO NOT TURN, remove key.
3. Using the lock/unlock button ON THE DRIVERS DOOR, slowly press lock and unlock 5 times (count the lock 5 times and unlock 5 times).
4. Shut door.
5. Open door.
6. Using the lock/unlock button ON THE DRIVERS DOOR, slowly press lock and unlock 5 times (count the lock 5 times and unlock 5 times).
7. With the door open insert your key into the ignition, turn to on position (DON'T START), wait 5 seconds. Turn off and remove key.
8. Locks should cycle once (Car will lock and then unlock once). If they don't cycle or they cycle more than once, do steps 1-7 over.
9. Now using the remote, push lock button, hold for one second, release. The locks should cycle once. If not, start over and go slower.
10. Close the door. Open the door. Press the lock button on the remote. The locks should cycle. Close the door. Press the lock button on the remote, the doors should lock. Press again and the doors should unlock.
from this instruction... did any of 2002-2003 ES300 owners had any success programming your remote?
and also #3 and #6.. manual lock/unlock or auto lock/unlock or one of each??

I am getting frustrated trying to program a key fob for my 1997 ES300. I have an old fob that is partially working. The unlock and trunk bottons stopped working and I bought a fob from www.sales@locksmithkeyless.com (Keyless Entry Remote Fob Compatible with Lexus 1995 1996 1997 4B FCC# ID HYQWDT-C × 1).
I have tried all the instructions but cannot get pass the #8. Locks should cycle once (Car will lock and then unlock once).
When I turn the key to the on position twice, the Locks cycle twice which indicate there are two keys.
Question: Does that mean there are two key fobs programmed for the car or is it counting the actual key as well(I bought the car with only one fob).
One of the instruction thread indicates that it iuf you turn the key to on position three times, it will deactivate all programmed keys.
Question: Does that mean I can program the new fob after deactivating all programmed keys? Will it affect my ability to open the door manually with a key and start the car if I am not successful after deactivation all programmed keys?
Thanks
