I need some help!?!?! Has anybody experienced rough shifting after they removed and cleaned their throttle body and a little bit of the inside of the intake manifold, or is it just me??... When its cold its very rough, but i can understand that... after its warm its still alot more rough then it used to be before i cleaned it. Do you guys think i did something wrong or maybe i forgot to connect something back in? Did i break my car??

I've heard some pretty scary experiences from others who used the Seafoam application, pointing out to things like mis-shifting of the transmission, engine not starting up normally, etc. Hate to say this but it sounds like you're one of the victims of the Seafoam trap...

Considering the enigne has nothing to do with the transmission lmao!
If your description of the problem is accurate in that the transmission now shifts harshly.
And you rememoved the throttle body.
You've most likely changed the adjustment of the kick-down cable. Which is what varrys the pressure in the valve body, which controls the force, speed, and to a more minor degree, the timing of the shifting.

the only thing i know about cleaning out the throttle body is that one bank of plugs will become black from the throttle body cleaner. i usually clean it once i am ready to replace the plugs. but i don't know how that would affect your shifting
