The smaller nylon gear inside my ES300 95 power antenna is stripped. I have bought the antenna already and just need the gear. Wear can I get the gear??

My guess in this age of subassemblies is not available. Call a dealer but I'd bet they only list the complete motor assembly. Try a salvage yard for a motor. Even the Ebay used motor/assemblies bring big dollars. Mine broke and I ended up just sticking the shaft down the hole and settled on the old fashion manual antenna..I did disconnect the electrics at the motor.

Yeah, mine hasn't got to that stage yet, but it does get stuck about 3/4 of the way up and makes a funny grindig noise... so I mostly listen to my CD's insted.

Yea probably the Toyota dealer would be your best bet because a junkyard piece wont work right. I would replace the whole assembly because the load sensors sometimes go bad and dont shut the motor off and make that really annoying BrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrCLUNK*!*!!!!*! I had a 94 Camry and it only went up halfway, so I straighened up the mast, cleaned it, lubed it, put it back in and had a helper work the Power button while I helped the antenna (with some real force) go all the way up and down, and it worked!
Ill be doing the same thing on my moms 4Runner.
