Got AC fixed and now Keyless Remote doesnt work

Got AC fixed and now Keyless Remote doesnt work
Got the expansion valve replace yesterday and AC works great.
But the keyless remote doesn't work anymore.
and I just replaced the battery 2 weeks ago.
I noticed the work was mostly behind the glovebox and i was wondering if that would have anything to do with the keyless system, perhaps a loose connector or pinched wires?.
I checked the fuses and they are all good. The anti-theft system still works, I set it off and it did what its suppose to.
any ideas?
