My car door does not open from the outside. How do i remove the door panel on my 96 es300 to fix it? Has anyone else had this problem?

Which door? Front door, left or right, or rear?

I just need info on how to open up the door panel. Any one know where all the screws located? I already took off the visible ones.

theres one inside the door handle, just gotta pop off the plastic cover, check the outer edges of the panel if all clips removed start popping out the clips by prying the panel off....

I removed the door panel and checked the rods connecting the handle to the latch thing. The inside opens fine, but the rod that is supposed to be connected to the outside door handle isn't connected with it anymore. It is just dangling around. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this problem?

**UPDATE**

some plastic thing that is connected to the now dangling rod is missing about half a piece. Was that plastic piece originally connected to the door handle or was it with the rod?

ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! THANKS

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that plastic thing was the clip that holds it together. You may need to get a new one, well that's what the soarer problem was.
