I have a 96 ES 300, when i drive my sterring perfect, when i stand still my power sterring get hard, what can be the problem to it.

please help me out

Check:
Fluid level/leaks
Belt tension
Power steering pressure switch if above are good

The switch is supposed to send a signal to the ECM when steering at low speeds or idling, and the ECM will bump up the IAC to raise the idle.

 

where is the Power steering pressure switch ?

 

Its right on the pump.

 

I don'e see it , can you show me a pic of what it looks like.
