IS350 '07 model factory 18's

Will they fit without modification to a 1998 ES300?

Not the is350 rim the rear is 9" wide. The only way to put them on is to do what i'm doing that is to buy longer studs and 12mm spacers and i'm not sure if that will work.

I can't recommend putting a RWD wheel on a FWD car, it may fit with spacers but its not the right thing to do.
What about the new ES 350 18s?
