Default My new ride......ES300 '03

I just bought a 2003 ES300 w/ 34000 miles for $17K. I traded in my 1997 ES300 for this car. I kept the 18" BBS LM's and put on my 17" GS400 wheels on the car. The ride is much better w/ the 17's but I'm still gonna run the BBS on them eventually. The car came with the optional chrome wheels but they remind me of "granny" wheels. I have a set of Tanabe comfort springs on order as we speak and am planning to order a set of larger wheels to fill in the fenders more. This will be Lexus #3 for me. Thanks.
1997 ES300 before and after the Intrax springs

My new 2003 ES300. 1 week old.

niceee. I really don't like the body styling on the 03-06 ES330's but the interior really makes up for it. Wish my 2000 had the newer interiors in it. Nice car none the less

Those GS wheels look great on a design that I otherwise don't really like. Kinda liked the previous design or the current one.

Cool shot with the tree background though!

Thanks for the comments guys. I really like the 97-01 models as well because of the avaliability of parts and the body style. I picked up this one because the price was great(for Guam) and i wanna see what I can do to this car to break the "reputation" of this "granny" car. It should be very interesting to see what I'll do to it. Thanks for the pic link. I'll post pics after I install the springs and other parts along the build.
BTW: I'm planning to pick up a GS350 next summer......I wanna try to finish this first and get the wife a new gift(GS350.)

You must be some kind of photographer, those pics look brochure-like. Or is it your tropical climate and no smog?

HOTT. Love the GS wheels. Looks way better than originals.

Let me ask, what the difference between IS and GS wheels?
