I'm try to remove the rear door pannel using this DIY(https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...4&postcount=6). I got the screws off but am having trouble getting the door handle to come out without breaking of damaging anything.

I've never removed the door panel before but I don't think you need to remove the door handle. The trim around the door handle has to be removed to remove the panel, but the door handle itself should still remain connected to the door once the panel is off.

Yeah, you don't remove the actual handle, but the plastic around the handle must be pryed out. It takes a little effort, but you need a little force as well. If you force enough, the whole plastic around the handle should come out in one piece.

Now you'll need some force putting the whole thing back into place. Make sure you push hard at the top of the door along the window seal to clip the entire thing back into proper position.
