The cheapest HID kit I got was $200. They're REALLY bright compared to halogen... but it's best to have an HID type housing reflector/projector, so that you'll get the best light output and beam pattern. The 92 ES300's beam pattern is OK. It's not perfect but it's better than the smoked lighting in the 95-96.

One of my biggest problems, is I work at night and need my headlights while driving to/from work. My headligts are so low, [brightness wise]I can barely tell theyre on, and I feel like turning on my high beams. I have a 96es300 and my headlights are SERIOUSLY fogged up. Im intrested in new lights also.

Would the plastic cleaner work on the outside, or do I need to disassemble and clean the inside?

Also, any specific recomendations for HID lights?

Cleanign them on the outside will be good enough unless you have condensation on the inside.

Or unless he has sundamage on the projector bulbs himself, like with my car. They're milky white now. The cleaning at Lexus helped somewhat but its still pretty bad at night. I feel that guys pain driving at night
