buttons on radio burt out

buttons on radio burt out
some of the radio controls like bass and treble are burnt out. how do i access them to replace them. also my defrost and defogger buttons are out. are they the same bulbs as those in the radio buttons. how do i change them??

Ok guys i have everything apart and i still cant figure out the bass and treble buttons??? are they bulbs or leds welded to the circuit bord werei can not see
