Anyone ever changed your a/c expansion valve

Default Anyone ever changed your a/c expansion valve
I just changed my evaporator/drier and figured that while the system was de-pressurized I would change the expansion valve.

Anyone done this? I am pretty sure that I would have to take the entire dash out, but I know that 94's are notorious for having bad valves does anyone have an opinion on if it is worth the time?

That model has a different set up, I don't think that an es300s expansion valve can just be accessed through the glove box.

Any other opinons
