Default 94 ES300 Headlights

I recently purchased a 94 ES300. The passenger low beam is pointing down how do I adjust it back up?

^ Like he said, adjust the vertical distance with that screw. For accurate adjustment of your headlight aim, go to a very level section of a parking lot, driveway or garage and park your car about 25 ft away from the wall. Then you can do your headlight adjustment from there.

Thank you very much. I had twisted that thing many times but seem to not be getting the results I had expected so I gave up. Will try again.

Just keep turning it and you will notice the difference. Just make sure you are far enough away from the wall, or else it will look like the light isn't moving. Also remember; turning clockwise moves the beam down and counter-clockwise to move it up.
