Default Cheap/defective radiator causing to overheat?

Hi, I've been trying to tackle this overheating problem for along time now. I know i should get a leak down test ,but what i found out about this cheap radiator that i bought on ebay for about $70 dollars shipped. It says made in china. Well heres what i found out about this radiator thats on my 92 ES300. I let the car idle for about a good close to an hour or so. I noticed when i touched the upper part of the radiator on the passenger side where the upper hose connect it was hot and towards the middle it was hot too,but when i touched the driver's side it wasn't hot at all which is strange to me. Isn't the whole radiator suppose to be hot all around? Since the hot coolant is flowing thru the whole core? Can someone check and see if there radiator's the same what said? Please respond!!

Nope, my gets hot like a regular rad should. You shouldn't skimp on vital parts like that when it comes to your car. You will end up paying much more in the long run. Next time go to a Autozone or a Napa.
