Dash Flicker

I Have A 1996 ES 300 The radio and instrument lights flicker when the brake pedal is pressed. It isn't everytime but I notice sometimes more than others. I hopeing there is a message on this.

sometimes when i press the brake, the interior lights and headlights dim, seems like what you have is normal.
