Default WT.. Engine oil solid

My day cannot be any worst today, I don't know why, but I went and put my finger in the in the engine where you pour the oil and why in the heck is it a solid form. It's like steel hard. Well what made me check that was because the tow truck guy that AAA hired went towing my car other than where he was supposed to and ever since then the car would not start. You could hear it trying but it just won't crank. As I said in another post the car over heated and I hadn't driven it I just started it to put it in gear so that they can tow it. What could do that to the oil?

Does it not crank or not start? If the engine rotates, its cranking. Do a compression test or leak down test on the engine. What does the oil look like on the dipstick?

When was the last time you change your oil? You might want to change it asap. I heard some stories from a friend who worked at jiffy lube of oil getting like that from people not changing their when they are suppose to.
