Does it ruin the smooth ride of the car? Also lets see some pics! I know theres a whole pic thread but...

Oh yeah, the ride does get stiffer with larger rims/thinner tires

Cool

  • My tire size increase didn't degrade the smoothness as much as the suspension lowering did. (Although I admittedly followed the tires with the suspension work very quickly)
  • I do notice bumps in the road now where I didn't with the stock 15s and an "expired" OEM suspension.
  • Is it tolerable? Yes.
  • Does it get on my nerves sometimes? Only when I find a bump that I overlook and hit, rattling my very soul out of my body.
  • Is it worth it for the aesthetics and handling improvements? Oh YES!
