Xterminate

For some reason I cannot find the middle seat belt button. I pulled up the seats and it wasn't there either..... wtf did someone removed it? Also my es 300 doesn't seems to be able to pull the seats back?!?!? Is this only available on the coach edition?

The rear seat back is bolted in. Pull the bottom part out first; its just clips in place, the you will see the 2 bolts holding the back portion in
