When i start the car with the AC on there is this LOUD squeaking noise coming from the AC department. I goes away after i turn the AC to OFF and then turn it back on. Could anyone help me with this, or maybe tell me your experience?? could it be the AC belt or it needs fluids?? Its a 1996 ES 300.

Most likely it's the belt. I would try tightening it or replacing it. Old belts get dry and glazed which make them slip on the compressor pulley causing this squeak. Remember.....DON'T USE ANY KIND OF BELT DRESSING!!
