Are 16" 98 GS wheels compatible with 97 ES? Anyone?

Are 16" 98 GS wheels compatible with 97 ES? Anyone?

Does anyone know if the 16" wheels off a 98 GS would be a straight fit for a 97 ES? BTW, tires are 245/45/16.

Why would you want to upgrade to 16's. They are a stock size for the ES.

I have 15"s when I got the 97 ES300. Looking to replace the rims and I found someone selling GS rims with the 245/50/16 tires so I wanted to know if anyone out there knows about fitment.

Es300 came in 15 inch oem rims from 92-2000
I've heard the 16 in gs rims will need spacers b/c of rubbing issues with the suspension?

Don't even waste your time with the 16's if you want an easy to put on nice looking rim go with is300 17's
