Heated seat not working

well, here in quebec city, cold night are already back and i found that my seat wasn't working correctly. The pilo weat is not working at all and the passenger isnt heating a lot.
what could it be
i would like to fix it a soon as possible, because this i why i pick up a lexus for confor and heated leather seat for the winter ( damm i hate this season, calcium and snow, really bad for the car, i wish i could live in the south![Stick Out Tongue](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif)

Have you checked the fuses? It could be something simple as that if you haven't tried yet. Next you could try popping out the switch and making sure the connection is good. When I first got my ES the passenger seat wasn't working and when I took out the switch it wasn't even connected!

hey thanks all
i dont have much times these days with mid session ( damm exams) and work,
i'll chek this asap where the fuse is connect and for popping the switch do you simply use a litlle scalpel (knife)??

The switch should just lift up out of its position if you pry it up *carefully* around the edges with a small knife.
