Default Looking to buy stock ES300 wheels in MD/VA/DC

Does anyone have a set in good condition that's just cluttering up his home? My friend is looking to replace his, not looking to spend a lot. I'm posting this here since 98% of the posts in Wheels Classified concern staggered setups for rwd cars. Please PM me if you can help, thanks.

I'll ask my friend, but I imagine it would depend on whether the wheels come with tires or not, what kind of tires - preferably all-seasons, this being his family sedan - and how much tread is left. He's not looking for anything fancy, just stock 16" rims, otherwise he might as well spend the money on inexpensive aftermarket rims. He's not looking to modify his ES, since he also has to feed a 911 Carrera, a Suburban, and several mouths . Why, whatcha got?

I've got a set of SC300 wheels that originally came with my '93. They look perfect and have a set of tires on them with hardly any wear. I'll take a look to see what brand of tire, etc. I've never had those wheels on the car and now will never use them, because they don't fit over Supra brakes. My friend would like 16s because his ES is an '02. Are your ES wheels 15" or 16"?
