Default Slow windows rollup

Just wondering if any other 2nd genners have this problem too.

My windows roll up incredibly slow. Like slowest on any car i've been in. It was like that since i bought the car but now it's starting to bother me because it started to squeak too.

If you guys have a solution other than replacing the damn window motor, please let me know!

I think its because of the contacts on the driver's switches. The switch for the passenger side window is slow, but the switch on the actuall passenger side still rolls the window up normally.

not sure. Never checked the alternator. All the lights dim a bit when i step on the brakes tho. Might have to do the big 3 grounding upgrades

I am having the same issue on my 95 sc400. It just started but quickly getting worse. I put a new battery last year so i can probably rule that out.
Maniax did you find out the problem maybe it can solve mine?

Same problem here on my passenger window. Horribly slow no matter which window switch is used. I just figure the motor is dying a slow death.

Guess we oughtta be shopping them for price and installation difficulty and installation procedure, eh?

Mine alos has this problem on both front windows, I use wd-40 to spray on the rubber guard near the high mount speaker(with window roll down), the problem was resolved.
