Your HID's aren't that bright for a couple of reasons. One, they are meant to be inside HID reflectors, not halogen reflectors (which is what you have). Two, You have 8000k HID's, which are higher on the lighting spectrum and farther away than the color of daylight (more towards the color of a full moon). If you want brighter, either get OEM HID reflectors or do a retrofit (install projectors made for HID bulbs) and you want to stay under 6000k and over 4100k for the bulbs.
