A 3mz-fe is the 3.3 Liter V6. Different engine. And you dont need to warm up any Toyota/Lexus. Its incredibly stupid and pointless.

incredibly stupid and pointless? i would have to disagree, you said you don't need to "warm" up any "toyota/lexus" so that states that other cars would need to be warm up?.

it is not stupid and pointless to warm up your car.
"people" dont suggest warming up your car, because its "wastes" gas.

now, at the same time i didn't suggest warming up your car for 5-10mins.

and no, warming up your car will not do harm to your motor.

by all means, those who disgree, go ahead and start your car and go.

Ok i will, just like ive always done and my oil will still look like honey 2000 miles after an oil change and ill still get 165 psi across the board.

He was asking about his Lexus. We are talking about Lexus'. Its not necessary to warm up any modern engine. Is that better?

They do. If its an ES300 it has a 3.0 3vz or 1mz. An ES330 has a 3.3 3mz. All the Lexus model names go by engine size.

are u kidding me?

what does 2k miles and looking like "honey" have to do with it. its less likely have to do with starting your car and go.

hell try drivng your car hard here and there and tell me do your 2k miles "honey" still looks good?

and depending on what type of oil u use also.

Yes your motor is 200hp... the 1MZ equipped with VVT-i has 210. But I heard (saw) people (on Here) say that it is heavier than the non VVT-i one so it didn't make a difference in speed. 200 sounds like a lot, but I mostly look at the work horse power. Makes more sense to me.

I think the 2000s were equiped with VVT-i. Not sure... but I'm sure (Think) that when the Platinum series were out, all platinum series and non patinums after 2000 had VVT-i.
