Default heated seat not working

i have a 97 es 300
first i really love luxury car, i bought this car for my 18 birthday 6months ago because i wanted: heat leather seat, power all, sunroof.. well all this car have.
but then the cold time arrive, my heat seat button light up but no heat significable is coming from my seats, i change the fuse ( the 20a under the steering, and the 50a in the engine bay and nothing change

i read that is a probleme frequently happening for es
but i would like to know if some of you had this probleme and what did you do

sorry for my english, i do my best and i wouldn't mind if you correct me ( in fact it would help my marks in my english courses )

Big Thanks in advence Lexus community

Mine still work pretty good although sometimes the passenger switch gets stuck and needs to be "persuaded". Maybe the heating elements themselves are just burned out. Fuses dont really just burn out for no reason, and i guess good grounds cant hurt.

I have heated seats in my 97 ES300. My driver side just went a few days ago. The heater element will eventually go. It is quite expensive to replace...the element is expensive and the labour involved is quite expensive as well.

It will require you to remove the leather cover of the seat to access the heater element.

The seat heater on my '97 ES went two years ago.
Used an independent shop to replace the elements.
Total with labor was about $5??!
Not a cheap fix.

Just wait till you get a new custom leather seats then you can order massager/heating elements. I remember seeing it as an option on leatherseats.com

The passenger side on my '98 has never worked, but I don't sit there-----so who cares right?
The driver side gets too hot I usually have to turn it off after about 5 min.
I don't plan on trying to fix the problem until it effects the driver side. Even then it sounds like a very expensive fix.
Check connections.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Would love high again cause I like it for my bad hip n back. Strange that high isn't working but low is. Lights on passenger seat both work. Not sure either what to do. Thx for any answers.

On my car the drivers side switch failed, on the high position it lit both high and low and didn't light up in low. I was able to repair the switch but it's much easier to simply replace it.
