Im wondering what coaxials or components simply drop in without modding the pod or making an adapter. They say 6.5" but its alot larger than the pod, im thinking 6 inchers? Ive seen some good 6" comps, and since my car is in repair I cant get accurate measurments, so I am going by your experience.

Whar speakers are you using? Did you install them yourself? Did you have to mod anything? And how do they sound?

 

I'm running an Alpine Unit. 6 1/2s in the front... 6 x 9 in the rears and I left the tweeters alone.. It sounds good. If you were to use the stock deck with upgraded speakers, they sound OK... The only thing I used was a dremel when the speakers didn't fit. I did everything with my friend. (Makes the job faster).
