Default es300 stereo replacement

Im trying to replace my in dash stro for y 02 es300 and need dash kit and wiring harness any suggestions on where i can get them from besides ebay. Thanks in advance

good luck with that....been searching this forum for a while now and no one seems to make a dash kit.

But being that the Camry and ES300 use the same navigation system (should be same plugs), you can probably use a Camry wiring kit for the ES300.

The best thing to do would be to buy the Bezel for the Navigation system, then buy a double DIN stereo

^Never mind my question about your user name.....lol.

Double din stereos (from what I'm told) leave gaps on both sides of the dash opening with the navigation system bezel. That is the option that I'm leaning toward though. I'm thinking maybe I can find a way to fill in the gaps.

The Navi Bezzel is only like $100 from the dealer.

^Yeah, that's true which makes it a little more convincing to try. But if it doesn't work, then there is $100 or so down the drain and you are stuck with an aftermarket headunit that you can't install unless you pay a shop a load of cash to fabricate something. Call me crazy but I just might give it a try since I already have a double din unit sitting around collecting dust. $100 is actually not easy to come by for me right now so we will see when my money is right......
