My factory installed cup holder for my 2004 ES330 is broken and I can't seem to find one anywhere (and the dealers price is ridiculous). Does anyone know where to get one and if so how to install???

Hi,

I have the same problem with the cup holder... can you help me out please how to replace it? I got the part from eBay but I ran into problems when took things apart the middle console just does not want to come off I can't get to the screws to get the cup holder out...
