Default What Are the best?

I want to drop my 99 ES300 but also have it ride close to how it is now....what are the best for what i want. I want a noticeable drop and for them to be fairly reasonable as well. So far all ive seen for the 99 is sprint and havent haerd good or bad things about them.

I know a few people that cut thre springs, and it came out better than i thought it would. for some reason lexus dont bounce as bad when you cut the springs compared to honda. It takes about 2 hours for everything. If you want I can post some pictures for you. We only did it to a few Lexus members though. 92 GS300; 92 Sc400; 99 ES300.

Obviously adjustable coilovers would be ideal but for a static drop look into like some Teins, Tanabe, eibach but they don't drop much, I think vogtland makes some too. You might have to look these up as Solara springs instead of ES parts.

i dont think you should ever cut springs because it causes the spring to not be able to sit in the right position which then leads you to bounce like a pogo stick. If it's the cost, springs can be found for fairly cheap especially used ones.
here's mine on camry intrax 1.6" front and rear w/ kyb struts

But i would opt for some coilovers and do it right the first time around if you can afford it.

if you get some nice struts like tokico blues or kyb, it will ride pretty close to stock maybe a little stiffer. There's some on ebay right now just search for camry intrax springs. BTW if you want an even more agressive drop search for solara intrax springs.
