I have one CPO Gx 470 with 31,000 miles and one CPO ES 330 with 44,000 miles. I was wondering whether things like spark plugs are already changed in these cars when we buy them from the dealer. If not, or even otherwise, how often are saprk plugs changed in these cars? Any kind of I/P along these lines is much appreciated.

I doubt spark plugs are changed with the cars being so young. Usually the best time to change spark plugs are at 90k miles maintenance or at a 100k tune-up where you'd change the plugs, wires and rotors.
