Door locks quite chirping

My 2004 ES330 door locks quite chirping today, is there a way to reprogram it with out taking it to the dealer?????

Check out your user manual that came with the car.
You probably put the alarm in silent mode, but the lights should still work when open/lock buttons are pressed.

Check under your dashboard, driver side under steering wheel. There is a **** that looks like a volume control. It adjusts the volume for the "Chirp" make sure you didnt accidently bump it and turn it down.
