This is a very easy job yal, If I find time this weekend, Even though Mine is fine, Maybe ill do a DIY for you.

The clunk isn't in my wife's '02 ES either. A DIY would be great just so we truly understand and because it is a common problem.

The part needs to come from the dealer. I still havent gotten around to doing a DIY yet.

Not sure what other names it goes by...BTW I ended up taking mine to the dealer to get it fixed for around $300.00.
