I know you all can relate to this...

Wednesday afternoon some crap flew out of the back of some SOB's Dodge Dakota and bounced right into the bottom of my windshield It started as a nick but by friday morning it was over 8" long. My insurance co "recommended" Safelite..(cheap asses).. Who half *** installed a cheap windshield with major distortion, that doesn't fit flush, and quite frankly doesn't even look like its the same size as the original.

So after I raised hell with them all day today they are supposed to order an OEM for me on Monday and re-do it right...Hopefully

Just wondering, has anyone who has had a windshield replaced by safelite gotten good results?

If the weather's good tomorrow I'll post pics.

yeah me too. I will get it fixed, just sux...but oh well it happens.

keep an eye on your crack btw. they say its easier to fix while its still small.

 

It will be major if you don't fix it.

 

My friend just got one installed on his prelude. I think it was the same brand. Its terrible. So much wind noise through it and its got a different curve to it than stock.

 

Yeah, mine too! You just can't replicate OEM.
