Looking at new CV halfshaft from O'Reilly's to replace driver's side on '96 ES300 that is going out. Just wondering if anybody had experience with the Master Pro brand. Car has ABS, so will that factor into replacement part or will I just have to careful to keep from damaging the sensor?

well since no one has answered yet. ill chime in a little. i wouldnt go with aftermarket rebuilt ones. i used some from autozone, and the bearing pins came out on passenger side, as well as the bearing casing chunked away. id do a rebuild, oem toyota boots and grease ~$50 per side. its very easy, but messy.

tip for removing the axle, have a buddy help you. buy a balljoint seperator. use the the balljoint seperator from bottom, while your buddy from above the engine hammers the axle. it will pop out that way. other than that, the ring inside the tranny is a PITA to get out. goodluck

oh, and get a good set of clamp pliers from napa. all the other ones from autozne and checkers were junk.
