I have a 2005 Lexus Es330 that I lease.
Just wondering if there is anyway to end the lease early without paying high fees or the whole lease amount.
Someone told me that they returned there IS early and that there is a loophole but he told me he doesn't know how it is done, just that the Lexus salesman is a close family friend.
Does anyone have any ideas?

People trade in their leases all the time before the end of the lease. Usually, as long as you cover your outstanding balance on the lease there should be no additional fees charged.
I traded in my '05 IS300 Lease just 2 months ago, I got enough on the trade in to cover the balance, and that's it. Good luck!

So, going to carmax, having your dealer buy it outright, trading it in on another unit, is all fine.
One thing you want to be careful of and that is negative equity. If you are burried in your lease, you can roll the negative equity into your new car. But, I don't advise doing that. If you are burried and you can stand driving the leased car, than do so.
Feel free to PM if you need anymore info.
Good luck
