Default Wood Dash Kit

Well i just installed a wood dash kit in my car and im pretty impressed. Does anybody else have one of these? Are they pretty durable? I like the way it looks and it was only $125. I need to find a piece for around my headunit though (came with wood for stock headunit if anyone wants it). Might just email the guy and see if he can make me one. Theres wood on the drivers side around the vent and around the side mirror controls too.It also came with wood for up top around the light in front and for the sunglass holder door but i thought that would look corny so i didnt put it on.

Cool

I would love to see some more pics as well.
Now that I've upgraded with the Levoc shift **** and parking brake handle, I'd definitely be interested in doing something like this as well.
Can we see some more pictures, closer, with outdoor lighting, etc?
Nice job!

No. In about a year you will be pulling them off. They look good for a little while so enjoy them while you can. I speak from experience.

Depends on who you buy your kit from.

I installed a wood kit to my minivan over 2 1/2 yrs ago and it looks like the day I took it out of the box. MINT. Materials and craftmanship are the difference, and of course UV protection.

Keep a coat of wax on your wood kit for good measure. Once or twice a year should work out well, or whenever you feel like wiping down your interior. I don't wax my kit but it will not hurt anything and will provide UV protection if your kit doesn't have it.

My wood kit still looks great (bought it 5 years ago)
Any scratches you can buff out with scratch X (same for oem wood).
I think some of the ebay kits have WAY too much trim, all the vents, radio, and consoles does look corny.
Keep it classy
