New Seat Covers!
So i gave up on my leather seats. They were all ripped up, and the leather was HARD. Even plastic is more supple (my family never conditioned the leather, and it has been parked outside the last 12 years)
Ebay seats are hard to come by, and expensive and probably not much of an improvement over my original seat covers, so gave up and slapped on some seat covers from Costco. They are 100% genuine sheep skin, and really comfy and should last until i graduate from college (IS350 ...here i come) Anyways here are the pics. I tucked all the edges into the original pattern of the seat so it doesn't move and doesn't sag. Perfect fit Ohh and they were $90/cover at Costco.
What do you think?

I'm sorry, but I find them hideous. But it looks like you fitted them really good. I'm all about sexy black leather tho, so I'm hard to please(unless you got money to afford black on black). :P

Well, I gotta say you did a good job of fitting them to the seats. I guess if you can't afford replacement OEM seats, then this is not a bad alternative. Better looking than ripped up old leather,IMO. Keeping them looking clean might be a bit of a bytch tho. Do those come in any other color than white? White seems kind of impractical. If they came in black, that would be my choice, but luckily my OEM seats are still in decent shape.

Considering the car's market value is $2500 I think it would be impractical to spend $700 on new leather seat covers. At least these are made of something real.
Costco offers the covers in grey or tan, so i picked the tan. It may not look as nice, but it actually feels quite comfy.

Penguins are known to be a bit ornery so I don't doubt it was difficult to get them to fit properly without making a fuss!
Duckies on the other hand are usually quite mild mannered...shoulda gone with duckies, IMO.
