Every two years but I put very few miles on my GS. I also had it in my old LS400 before I sold it for a year, worked great there too. My wife used to use it in her track cars, but still had some brake fade / overheating issues and switched to something extreme (Castrol SRF Synthetic Racing Fluid, about $90 per quart )

Castrol SRF is no joke, very expensive stuff, and I had the luxury of using it once down here and you know you've arrived when you have that in your lines.
