Question ES 330 OE Front brake pads?

My question is, do I need a 'shim kit' with these front pads or are they already included? The site is not very specific & I have yet to hear back from them.

i wouldn't get those, or from there, in the first place. secondly, they usually come with it seperate and u stick them on, or they are already on. usually, they are not absent altogether.
