Indeed, bring us a CEL code for specified help. llcoolpass and 92es5sp were right, check the intake tube and AFM. Also make sure your IACV isn't clogged completely closed. Can you start the car and keep it going with your foot on the gas?

Indeed they are. Is the car stock, or do you have an intake kit of some sort? Anyway there is no code for a 92-93 IAC problem that I know of so make sure that is clean and functional. And the airflow meter is 96% the problem like llcoolpass said. So granted wiring is good especially if its location was distuberd, drop the $250 for a new one and youll be done w/ it. Its 16 years old. It will at least run after that. Good luck. Id chuck the hose right from the get-go if its factory. If it ran crappy for a while in the past, id throw 2 o2 sensors at it for peace of mind. Keep it goin w/ updates!
Edit: BTW i gotta ask is the airflow meter plugged in?
